Thomas Bula

Career

Thomas Bula is Of Counsel of BEITEN Consulting. His area of activity comprises advice on tax and business management issues to businesses of various legal forms, sizes and industries. He particularly advises his national and international clients on complex tax structuring, on transformations, transactions and on corporate restructuring and reorganisation matters.

Thomas Bula studied business administration at the University of Münster. He was publicly appointed as tax advisor in 1984 and as certified public accountant in 1986.
